What Exactly is DISC?
Research has shown that behavioural characteristics can be grouped together into four main groups. People with similar styles tend to display specific attributes and preferences. Each individual is a blend of all four styles, resulting in varying degrees of intensity.
The DISC Assessment takes around 15 to 20 minutes to complete. It asks a series of questions and then calculates your personality traits, values, challenge areas, fears and motivators and much more.

“Overall my experience with Georgia was a very empowering one. The DISC profile gave me a lot of beneficial insight and really laid the foundation of the way Georgia and I were to work together, so much so that I think it was central to the success of our relationship.
She explained the different profiles in such a way as to help me to see that none was better than another but that with this understanding, I could identify traits in myself and in my clients and colleagues at work.”
