Hi, I’m Georgia.
6 things you might not know about me…
#1
I’ve moved abroad - twice.
In 2014 and again in 2017 I packed up my bags and flew across to the other side of the world. I lived in Hong Kong for just over four years in total. When I first moved out I had never even been to Asia, I was stuck in an unhappy job and a negative frame of mind where I didn’t know what I wanted or what to do next. I just knew I was desperately unhappy. So what did I do? I quit my job and booked a one-way ticket to Hong Kong and then panick booked the first course I could find that would give me the qualifications I needed to teach abroad. Although the first move was planned in a mad rush (without much thought and just an overwhelming want to escape my current reality) I actually fell into teaching whilst I was out there and loved it - which then gave room to the next 8 years of my career as a teacher.
When I eventually moved back to the UK I continued teaching but eventually changed careers after a lack of well-being and work-life balance… something I now help other people achieve in their careers without affecting their professional lives!
#2
I’ve struggled with my weight and appearance…
In 2018 I completed a fat loss transformation with Ultimate performance. I lost 20kg in 6 months. It taught me a lot about forming habits and self-discipline. It also taught me a harsh lesson in the importance of sustainability and developing a positive mindset to support your goals. You can make many changes, but if you don’t work on consistency and balance then you will struggle to keep results!
#3
I’m married
I’m married to lovely husband, Kyri - although we actually got together years later, we first met at uni doing a one-night only play where we played the roles of ex husband and wife! Prioritising my relationship whilst juggling career and other responsibilities has not been easy - it takes intention, commitment and action.
#4
I’m shy!
I am more shy than you think. I did a drama degree at university but spent most of my time doing production side behind the scenes. I can be chatty and vibrant when I push myself… I can take on the role of leader if needed, but I much prefer small groups and 1:1s. I get scared to go on camera (especially on socials) and I’m petrified of deep water. Having my own coaches and support systems help me continue to step out of my comfort zone and do these things.
#5
I make time for my core values
In addition to my coaching work, I do charity work. I teach adults who struggle with their reading. For the last 16 months I have been teaching a 74 year old to read for the first time since they were in school. I do this because I am passionate about teaching and the work fulfils me and makes me happy. We started with letter names and 16 months later she is reading short stories and writing her own fiction crime book.
#6
I play piano
Since September 2022, I have been taking piano lessons with the same piano teacher I had in secondary school! I used to learn for grades and achievement. Now, I play purely for fun. I'm currently working on a duet with my teacher called Blizzard by Melody Bober.

I believe that once we have this alignment, we can be the best version of ourselves. We can be more authentic, more emotionally intelligent, and have the greatest impact on those around us.
I support individuals, teams and organisations understand themselves better. To help them identify their strengths and values.
I am passionate about unlocking the potential from within and bringing long-lasting change.

My Personal Development
I have dedicated hundreds if not thousands of hours to my own personal development.
When working with clients, I draw upon a range of tools, exercises, stories and training in order to best support whatever challenges and goals are brought to the session.
I have my own coach and mentor who I connect with on a regular basis to help me stay closely connected with my own direction and purpose.
