I am an accredited and qualified coach. I trained for two years with Europe’s leading Coaching Academy. I hold a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching, an NLP Practitioners Certification and accreditation in DISC facilitation. I have over 3 years coaching experience clocking over 1,000 hours of one-to-one coaching.
I also draw upon years of experience in the professional world. I have changed careers from a qualified teacher to a certified coach and now spend the majority of my time coaching and one day a week teaching illiterate adults in my local community to read.
Continued professional development is a top priority. I am currently working towards two further diplomas in Small Business Coaching and Coaching Within Education as well as a Corporate & Executive Coaching Programme.

To be in the best position to make the most of your coaching journey, you need to be:
Ready to make changes. Nothing new comes from doing the same as before.
Willing to commit. Coaching can be a joy and a challenge, a great client will dedicate themselves to show up for each session and remain focused on the long-term goal.
Open and honest. My best clients are the ones who are courageous enough to be fully open and honest inside the coaching sessions.
Remember, your coach is not there to tell you what to do, you should always remain in the driving seat as you are the one who can and will make the changes that will impact your life for the better.
If you want to hear more about this package, or discuss whether it is the right choice for you. Then book a free 30 minute, no obligation call.

By the end of our sessions together, I had achieved the goals I set out to complete, and felt more energetic having come out of that ‘stuck’ place. I felt more positive and motivated. Without Georgias’s coaching and questioning skills, and without being held accountable, I believe it would have taken me a lot longer to shake myself up and make the changes needed in my life. Thank you so much Georgia!

Sound familiar?
You feel busy, tired, maybe even irritable. You’re spinning plates across your career, home and family.
You mostly enjoy your work, it gives you a sense of achievement, success, identity and belonging. But, more and more, the work is taking over areas of your life and you’re starting to wonder who you are outside of your work. What are you other interests, hobbies, past-times? You struggle to fit those long-lost activities into your day-to-day life.
Time runs away from you and you feel overwhelmed and stressed as you desperately try to manage everything and everyone. There is little separation between home and work leaving the boundaries feeling blurred.
You feel guilty and worry about the impact your work may be having on other people. You feel guilty when you stop working, because there’s so much more to be done. And guilty for wishing you could carve out just a little bit of time for yourself and your own needs for a change…
