“Before I had coaching with Georgia I wasn't feeling as confident as I wanted to feel as a business owner. I knew I was holding myself back and not pushing myself in areas that I needed to.

The challenges I was facing were comparing myself to others and feeling as though I was out of my depth. I was also struggling with sales calls and meetings, and my confidence was affecting the outcomes of these meetings.

I wanted to push myself to grow my confidence and understand the sales process and how I could tailor it to my business.

Georgia supported me by talking through the different personality types and how to work with each one. She also helped me work through different situations and scenarios and gave me actionable strategies to overcome each obstacle. 

Throughout the journey, I learned how to work to my own strengths by understanding my personality type, and how best to interact with people of different personality types. My self-confidence has also massively improved and as a result, I'm finding more opportunities to grow my business. 

Now I feel more confident and in charge of my own business.

My life has changed in these ways: I'm very close to hitting the income goal I wanted to achieve by the end of the year, and my confidence has grown massively. I can now recognise when I'm holding myself back and I can push myself to get out of my own way.

“It has changed my life!”

Hear what Linzi said after putting a transitions exercise into place. This process is all about managing your energy, time and emotions throughout your day. It’s a real game-changer for clients who want to improve their relationships, mindset and work-life balance.

I have been working on the transitions exercise for the last week and honestly it has changed my life! It’s incredible how much more you notice about yourself, how you present and come across to others and how much more in control you feel of your actions. I have even got my partner Kevin doing it too. Once I realised how many transitions I was going through each day I understood a bit better how much unconscious effort I was putting in to switch depending on what I was doing or who I was with but taking the time to have a more conscious choice over how to move through each day made me feel so much more in control and allowed me to present the best version of myself at each transition. It helped me recognise more about my own needs in each situation eg finishing work and commuting home I now am more conscious of doing things to help me switch off and relax as well as be more aware of the needs of others eg when I go to see my gran I am much more present with her ( no phone or distractions etc). This exercise has had a huge impact on how I balance my day and made me feel so much more in control of that so thank you Georgia!
