You don’t have to have clear answers right now, but to get the most out of this particular programme it is better for you to have a area in particular that needs addressing e.g. mindset, career, health, relationships, work-life balance etc.

    • You don’t like sharing how you really feel. My coaching provides a confidential and space to share and be heard. For it to be effective we need to have an open and honest dynamic.

    • You want the work to be done for you. For coaching to be truly transformation you need to be ready, willing and able to put in action. It doesn’t mean you can’t feel fear, I will be with you each step of the way, but you must commit to taking action.

    • You want to be told exactly what to do. Coaching is different from consulting in that I don’t offer you a strategy. I will of course guide and encourage you where necessary.

  • Yes. You can pay the full amount in one go at the start of your journey, or if you prefer you can split this payment over 6 separate payments.
